Quel J. Return Policy

Quel J. understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Return Guidelines

    1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

    2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.  

    3. Bodysuits and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE.

    4. Quel J. does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.

    5. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email Rocquelssolutions@gmail.com within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

    6. All items are returned to Quel J. at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

    7. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Quel J Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

    8. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded  upon receipt.

    9. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.

Shipping

Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. 

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

USPS Mail: $12.00 (5-7 business days)

USPS Expedited mail: $22.00 (2-3 business days)

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $150.00 using the code: "Free Shipping". Free Shipping not applicable with other promotions.

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local

 

USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
